Position Overview: We are seeking a talented Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in understanding our clients’ needs, analyzing processes, and translating them into RPA solutions. If you’re passionate about automation, problem-solving, and collaboration, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:  
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, document processes, and identify automation opportunities.  
- Conduct process assessments, gap analyses, and feasibility studies.  
- Work closely with RPA developers to define automation workflows and business rules.  
- Ensure alignment between business goals and RPA implementation.  
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide feedback for process improvements.  
- Monitor post-implementation performance and address any issues.

Qualifications:  
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.  
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in RPA or automation projects.  
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to dissect complex processes.  
- Familiarity with RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere).  
- Excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.  
- Certifications in RPA (e.g., UiPath Certified Business Analyst, Microsoft Ai) are a plus.
